Project involved planning, procuring, project managing the Major Shut-Down of the Methanol Plant for a period of 30 days for engineering activities which include maintenance and plant improvement. Fast track project that involved extensive co-ordination among various contractors and specialist vendors from more than 7 countries.
Implemented the project in two major contracts as follows:-
Completed the project on time to minimize production loss due to downtime.
