The event, held at Utamatech (B) Sdn. Bhd.’s premise located at the Airport Mall, welcomed esteemed guests and its management and staff.
On Saturday, 13 May 2023, UMSSB as part of Utamacon Group of Companies celebrated Hari Raya Aidilfitri alongside its sister companies. The festive event took place at Santai Ceria Café in Jerudong, marking an annual tradition that aims to strengthen the bond between UMSSB staff and their counterparts from sister companies. With approximately 70 attendees from the group, the celebration was filed with delectable food and drinks, engaging activities, captivating performance and exciting lucky draws.
The distributions of donation and essential food items were carried out on 13 April 2023 to 12 families residing in Brunei Muara district and on 15 April 2023 to 2 families in Tutong district and 1 family in Belait district respectively. Recognizing the financial challenges they face, the Utamacon group wants to ensure that they would have an ample supply of provisions to nourish themselves and their loved ones during this auspicious time.
The Tahlil and Doa Arwah ceremony held by the Utamacon group of companies provided an opportunity for reflection and remembrance. The gathering acknowledged the importance of honoring loved ones who have departed from this world and praying for their souls. It served as a reminder of the momentary nature of life and the significance of preparing oneself for the holy month of Ramadan, which holds great spiritual and communal importance.
